Three-plank antique French farm table with one-inch thick top resting on sturdy tapered legs. A table that has passed the test of time..

French three-plank chestnut farm table with Basque legs. Deep rich patina with warm hues. Breadboard ends.

French Chestnut Farm Table 

France. Circa 1860.

With its scalloped apron and cabriole legs, this table is has a more dynamic appearance than an ordinary work table, but its single side drawer and pull-out breadboard slide say otherwise.  A rich patina warms the surface and the color is exemplary.

French Provincial. Circa late 19th century.

Limed chestnut worktable or farm table with one-inch thick top and breadboard ends. Sturdy tapered legs. Tabletop shows the good use to which the table was put.
