Pair of George III Inlaid Demilune Console Tables

United Kingdom. Circa 1800.


Pair of George III mahogany demilune console tables with fan inlays and satinwood stringing to the top, each table has black line inlays to the frieze and stand on tapered square legs.

English Regency Demilune Tea Table

United Kingdom. Circa 1820.

English Regency demilune tea table with solid mahogany top.  Table stands on square tapered legs.  Boxwood string inlay on apron and legs.

Irish Carved Console with Marble Top

Ireland. Circa 1820.

This carved oak console with marble top and open fret stretcher is proportioned beautifully for beneath a window, or mirror. The deep carving is masterfully executed in a classic rococo style featuring foliate accents and scrollwork.

Edwardian Mahogany Demilume Console Table

United Kingdom. Circa 1900.


Georgian style mahogany demilune console table. Top has mahogany crossbanding and satinwood string inlay.  Single oak lined drawer flanked by a cupboard door each side.  Table stands on turned legs.

Pair of Oblong Georgian Demilunes

United Kingdom. Circa 1790.

Matching pair of George III mahogany demilunes crossbanded in mahogany and standing on slender tapered legs terminating with brass castors.  Plum pudding mahogany tops with warm patina.

Carved Pear Wood Console

France. Circa 1850.

This beautifully carved console in pear wood has a prominently displayed floral relief carving in the center of its apron as well as deeply articulated garlands adorning each leg. The scrolled stretcher is surmounted by an urn finial with a beehive twist at the top, a final touch of whimsy.
